🏦 Major Objectives

STRC Foundation builds on the success of previous programs and lays out an ambitious roadmap for deepening and expanding STRC’s initiatives. The focus remains on integrating science with traditional practices to address critical regional challenges, including sustainable natural resource management, livelihood enhancement, better market access, and the strengthening of traditional artisan economies. 

The major objectives include :

  1. To design livelihood programs rooted in appropriate and applicable technologies that address local needs effectively. 
  2. To foster research and innovation to develop affordable solutions that integrate seamlessly with traditional practices, ensuring replicability and scalability. 
  3. To enable communities through knowledge, skills, and technology to make informed livelihood choices and enhance their competency. 
  4. To promote natural resource-based income generation through small-scale enterprises that foster sustainable growth. 
  5. To expand the reach of STRC’s programs by leveraging ICT for knowledge dissemination, community engagement, and extension activities.
